The final day of the competition focused on a team project. Teams of 4 were assigned and each team was given the task of creating a website for the local Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Each team was given a few hours to complete their work (most developed a WordPress based site). They were then asked to provide a presentation with screen captures of their efforts. This was a great opportunity for competitors to network and to learn from each other. I think this day was one of the best as it stressed the need for collaboration and teamwork. This skill is one that will definitely help people survive in today’s work environment.
